Tools for Patients
ASPC is working towards creating patient focused resources for the prevention of cardiovascular disease. In the meantime, please take a look at what we currently have to offer.
The ALYKA cardiovascular health app fills gaps between healthcare visits to ensure a better patient experience and clinical results.
Most patients only see their doctor 2-4 times a year. Eighty percent of people need ongoing support to make meaningful lifestyle changes. Their healthcare team can’t be there every day. The ALYKA Heart Advisor is available 24/7/365.
The digital heart health app is more than just an extension of a care team, it goes one step further, elevating the patient experience while also bringing together a patient’s health data—self-reported, medical records, and devices—to create an evidence-based, holistic approach to improving heart health and overall wellness.

The INTERVENT website is a resource for ASPC members and their patients. During the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, INTERVENT is collaborating to provide ASPC members and their patients free access to some of INTERVENT's evidence-based, online/digital, educational resources and content. These resources focus on lifestyle management and are designed to help you reduce your risk for cardiovascular disease, especially heart attacks and strokes, and/or recover from a cardiac event.
