Dr. Patel is the director of the Stern Cardiovascular Lipid Clinic and Director of Cardiac Rehabilitation at Baptist Desoto Hospital in Southaven, Mississippi.
Dr. Patel has been in medicine for several years. Among his various leadership positions, Dr. Patel has been Chairman of Medicine at Baptist Desoto Hospital, Southaven, Mississippi. He has also been the Quality Assurance Physician there for several years. He serves on the Southeast Board of the National Lipid Association for America and the Greater Southeast American Heart Association Board of Directors.
Dr. Patel is current president of the Partnership to Advance Cardiovascular Health.
